Quality and safety are very important to us at Novicon. Partly through our certifications, we ensure that we can offer our customers maximum security.
NEN-EN-1090-2
All our steel constructions are supplied with a CE mark, in accordance with NEN-EN-1090-2. Only certified manufacturers may issue a CE mark. We are certified up to and including execution class EXC 3. Depending on the climate classes according to NEN-EN-ISO 12944-2, from C1 light load up to C5 industrial load, the pre-treatment level of the steel construction is determined. There are three levels of pre-treatment: P1, P2 and P3, with the level increasing from P1 to P3. The higher the climate class and preservation requirements, the higher the level of pre-treatment. If nothing is indicated, P1 applies as standard.

VCA-Petrochemical
Safety is of vital importance during excutive work. A VCA certificate is proof that your company complies with the VGM Checklist for Contractors. We consider safety for our people and others involved in the execution of the work very important. During the engineering phase, we already think about the assembly sequences, stability and, above all, can we assemble it safely?
We are therefore VCA-petrochemical certified. With our VCA-certification we exceed the criteria from the VGM Checklist Contractors. It goes without saying that our employees are professionals and have also obtained this VCA certification. All our mechanics are in possession of a high-ropes certificate in accordance with SOG and every assembly team has a certified rigger for hoisting loads.
We understand that a safe assembly involves a good assembly plan that clearly describes how we work. This also includes a crane plan, ITP, TRA and LMRA.
