Minivalve expansion

10 years after the completion of Minivalve's new building, Novicon has received a new assignment. This time to expand the rear facade.

What do we do?

We supply and assemble the new steel structure, roof and wall cladding and associated fittings here.
The existing steel mock façade at the rear of the building is being dismantled to be reassembled at a new position. The unique feature of this design is that the facade cladding is mounted on the inside of the building so that the steel structure remains visible on the outside.

 

The new steel construction has meanwhile been mounted and the existing steel facade has also been re-assembled in its new position.

Winkelcentrum de Koperwiek, 1e fase / 3

De montage van de staalconstructie van zo’n 250T, is afgerond en zijn de eerste dakplaten gelegd. Een deel is onder de metrobaan is gemonteerd, waardoor het metrostation midden in het winkelcentrum zal eindigen.
